Clinical Associate Professor
Dr. Brian Wiatrak is the director of Pediatric Otolaryngology at the prestigious Children’s of Alabama hospital. Dr. Wiatrak received his medical degree from the University of Michigan Medical School, and completed his internship and residency at the University of Cincinnati Hospital.
Dr. Wiatrak completed a fellowship at Children’s Hospital in Cincinnati, and was certified in otolaryngology in 1989. He has been a Castle Connolly Top Doctor since 2014.
Dr. Wiatrak’s specialties include:
- Management of airway lesions
- Laryngotracheal reconstruction
- Management of head and neck masses
- Management of vascular malformations
- Management of pediatric sinus and chronic ear diseases
Outside of his work, Dr. Wiatrak plays the keyboards in two bands and is the father to four children.
